A evolução do Índice de Perceção da Corrupção 2025
Com uma pontuação média de 64 pontos, a Europa Ocidental e a União Europeia continuam a ser a região mais bem classificada a nível global. No entanto, o desempenho regional tem vindo a deteriorar-se: a média desceu de 66 para 64 pontos, com 13 países a registarem descidas significativas desde 2012 e apenas 7 a apresentarem melhorias relevantes.
Esta evolução evidencia disparidades crescentes entre os quadros legais existentes, a sua aplicação efetiva e os padrões de integridade no exercício de funções públicas. Persistem fragilidades ao nível da responsabilização política, da independência institucional e da transparência na tomada de decisão, com impactos diretos na confiança dos cidadãos nas instituições democráticas.

O Município da Lousã decretou...
O Presidente da Câmara Municipal da Lousã, Victor Carvalho, após parecer positivo da Comissão Municipal de Proteção Civil, ativou hoje, pelas 07h45, o Plano Municipal de Emergência de Proteção Civil (PMEPC), devido ao agravamento das condições meteorológicas associado à passagem da depressão KRISTIN.
O que significa que, todos tiveram de acordar muito cedo [ou fizeram uma direta] para, logo pelas 7h45m, e já com o parecer positivo da CMPC, ativar o PMEPC.
Entretanto, o IPMA informa que o desassossego ainda vai perdurar...
As notícias disponíveis (Junta da Lousã) dão conta de falhas no fornecimento de energia elétrica...
Portanto, se tiverem velas em casa e lenha, fiquem ao enxuto e aproveitem para ler o PMEPC que tem 97 páginas!
